One of the best locations in Vancouver as far as apartments go. Its Central walking access to either end of the Waterfront, main street, Esther Park, and an easy launch onto I-5. The building is clean with secure parking, friendly management, thick walls, and no construction noise.

I was super excited to tour this apartment, but could never get anyone to answer the phone to schedule. I finally used the website to schedule a tour and received three separate confirmations in the days leading up to it. When I showed up no one was there. I waited around, called and left a message and never heard back from anyone trying to reschedule or even apologize for the lack of professionalism. Based off the other reviews Im seeing, thank goodness it didnt workout. Such a bummer.

We had an appointment set up on a Friday to view apartments. No one showed up or even called us to let us know they couldn't make it. We waited around and called them multiple times. They never answered and never returned our calls to reschedule. It seems like poor management based on our first impression.

The leasing office team are very responsive and friendly. The location is perfect to access the events at Esther Short Park across the street and very close to the developing waterfront. It makes downtown living very walkable. They didn't skimp on the details when designing the units - all very well done. (You don't think about towel rack or adequately sized towel hooks until you move!) :) Special shout out to Darren who replaced my fridge late on a Sunday night and who always warmly greeted my dogs. A really great team all around!!
