If you are planning to live here, make sure that you take pictures of everything before and after. I didnt take any pictures afterwards because it looked fairly well, and close to how it was when I moved in. Anyways, theyre now charging me for a carpet replacement that I only had one bed in and the only thing I did was sleep in it. The crazy part is I complained multiple times that the carpet isnt right and that its old and nothing ever happens. But as soon as I moved out they accused me of ruining it and charged me for it, and accuse me having pets which I did not have. Its one thing if I ruined this place but the apartment itself is falling apart on its own and I made many complaints to have the maintenance guy come fix it but instead of fixing it, they waited till I moved out to charge me for it. I have emailed and called the management office several times to discuss this outrages bill. Every time I get someone on the phone, theyll tell me that theyll call me back or tell me to email corporate and I have, but I havent received a response yet. If you dont want your car stolen or window smashed I dont recommend living here and know that they will charge you for anything that they can. They even charged me for leaving spider webs in the apartment which is insane if you ask me and to be honest I think management here is pocketing the money for themselves.
