Junk Car Boys - Cash For Cars

In November 2023 my beloved 2000 Honda was beyond repair. I had to figure out what to do with her, as a single senior I didn't have many options. Junk Car Boys was recommended by repair shop. I called, agreed to fair price for her, and arranged pickup. Everything went smoothly, they had all paperwork and cash ready for me, the driver was friendly. He did a inspection, agreed to her condition and off she went. It was a huge stress off my shoulders as I had a lot of other issues to deal with (getting another car). I had dealt with another company few years ago with a previous car and it just added a lot more stress. I was very pleased with this transaction

I had a car that was totaled I contacted them and worked out a pick up time. The people I talked with where very helpful and they picked up the car no problems would highly recommend them.

Really like the service provided. Everything was scheduled with ease. Did have a hiccup with the tow truck driver being on time but this was during bad weather and he called to let me know he was going to be late. Really great experience

I initially had some issues with the tow company that picked up my car for Junk Car Boys. And I had messaged them to bring up the issues experienced and I did not hear back for awhile. I initially left a bad review which led to them discovering a glitch in their messaging system that caused them not to receive the message I sent. The owner got in contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience with their company and I can happily say that I would highly recommend Junk Car Boys to anyone and everyone that is looking to get rid of an old car fast. Quite honestly, it was the best customer service experience that I have ever had. They have excellent communication and I could tell that they were completely genuine in wanting to make sure that the issues I had were resolved above and beyond my expectations. If I ever end up in the situation again that I need to get rid of a car that isn't running, they will be my first and only call.
