    If I could give 0 stars I would! I had to get a rental car as my car had to go in for repairs for damage. I was told my insurance would cover a rental that would be comparable to my vehicle. When I got to Enterprise they had nothing even close to my car. I was given tiny little suvs as my options and told if I wanted something bigger I would have to pay out of pocket and provide a credit card. So I just went with one of my options as I was only going to be in a rental for about a week and didnt want to pay anything extra for it. For comparison I drive a Ford explorer that seats 7 and I got a mazda CX-5 that really only seats 4! When I went and returned the vehicle they told me that I owed $140 because they put me in a car that was more than what my insurance would cover. Not one time was I told that when I initially got the rental. Had they told me that I definitely wouldnt have settled with the car I did. I would have just asked to be put into something my insurance covers. They gave me the option of the car I got as something my insurance would cover! I have had rentals due to my car needing to go in the shop in the past and never once have I had to pay anything out pocket! So I was surprised when I got there and they wanted $140, I told them I was never told I was going to be paying anything extra and he could clearly tell I was upset but he didnt seem to care. He also didnt even tell me he just went ahead and charged my car on file (they take your debit card and charge you $50 initially just in case theyre any damages to your rental) for the $140, didnt give me a receipt that he charged me or anything and sent me on my way. So I honestly thought maybe he understood my concerns and didnt charge me but that was not the case. I then saw they charge on my bank account a few days later and called to complain but they said they wouldnt do anything about it. I absolutely will never be renting anything from them again! Theyre a joke!

    Ive never dealt with renting cars or anything but for my first time, its been a great experience. I was picked up by bri and another guy (sorry I cant remember his name) from the auto body shop that was repairing my car. The customer service was great from everyone I encountered. They were super busy but everyone worked as a team and everyone in the lobby got helped pretty quickly. The whole process was quick. I was given options and am driving a bad a$$ car until mine is fixed. Everyone was really nice and it was an overall great experience. Thank you Enterprise on hwy 99!
