        They accidentally gave me the w to my phone and I didnt realize until an couple weeks later. When I brought it in to be exchanged Maximus helped with no questions asked! Great customer service!

        My wifes iPhone wouldnt charge. I spoke to several businesses in the Vancouver area without success. I called Simply Tech and spoke with Maximus. He was very courteous and professional. He also had the parts in stock which was convenient. I didnt end up needing anything. He fixed the charging port no problem. No charge! I ended up having them fix the screen on another iPhone that I had as well. Overall extremely pleased with the whole process. They also give me a military discount which was nice!

        Great experience here! i really needed a phone and arrived at the store right at closing time, the guy working opened the store back up and made sure i had a working phone when i left!!! thank you so much! great prices, great customer service!
