i couldn't be happier! it took 4 laptops to get what i needed accomplished all in 3 different rooms. and mr dowd managed it all! one sight i've been locked out of for a year...i'm back in. 2 new laptops running smoothly. he listens to what you need and you want it. very nice person, very professional. respectul of this senior lady. if i were grading him i'd give him an A++++++++++++++++ ! thank you mr. dowd!!

Our office has been working with Bill for years. He also helps at my home office. He is prompt, clear in his diagnositcs, explains things well, highly skilled and professional. I recommend him often. He's wonderful!

Bill is an excellent resource for all manner of computer troubleshooting and upgrades including CPU's and software. I have used Bill a number of times and besides being very capable of accomplishing any number of computer related tasks, he is very honest and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate Bill's accessibility and workmanship.

I needed to get an AP (Access Point) replaced because it was not working well. I did not want to use the place that originally installed it because their customer service was so poor. I did some research on IT companies here in the Vancouver area and I settled on IB I.T. Services for the job. I was especially impressed by their Philosophy and Ethics statements on their website as well as their ratings. I was not disappointed in my choice of companies. Bill Dowd, the owner, came out and with his advice, I decided on a course of action which included a new AP as well as a new switch in the wiring cabinet. On the scheduled day, Bill showed up on time for the installation appointment. That is important for me because I dislike waiting and wondering whether folks will actually show up. The installation took a few hours, everything went well and most importantly, everything worked. IB I.T. Services did an excellent job. To me one of the most important things to ask yourself when you hire a company or person to do a job is would you hire them again. I would absolutely use and hire IB I.T. Services again and that is why I gave them five stars.
