My laptop would not start this morning and my computer savvy son couldnt figure out what was wrong. It had done a Microsoft update when I shut it down and apparently that had wrecked some of the software. I called USLink-Pro because someone recommended them. Max told me to bring it by at noon and I did. He did the diagnostic and fixed it in a matter of a few hours and I was able to come get it the same afternoon. What a great service. Will definitely use them again!!

These guys are great! I ended up getting a no display error on my personal build and they found the error in just 45 minutes, on top of that i got the parts i needed swapped and done in around another 30 to 35 minutes. Not to mention the cost that they charge is 4 to 5 times cheaper than geek squad

So very professional. While my external hard drive wasnt salvageable, they were very efficient in letting me know and even took the time to help me understand how those things work and what type of storage I should purchase in the future to avoid another loss. Would highly recommend - professional and affordable. Thank you!

This is my first experience with USLinkPro. I had a desperate issue with my laptop late on a Friday evening and couldn't use it. Luckily, USLinkPro opened at 8:00 on Saturday morning and I was able to make an appointment to get it fixed right away. It was repaired in about an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated what he was able to do for me.
