        Threaten tenants after making assumptions they are wrong about, instead of inquiring first

        The townhomes themselves are nice and TMG is quick to tend to maintenance requests. However, parking is an issue. The spaces are so small and I've acquired dents on my bumpers from other tenants. Also, not a fan of the neighbors. The kids run wild, unattended, cursing and littering in everyone's yard. We even had food thrown on our front doorstep. It's a circus!
