        I love Sallys, I dont like the employees.. I made an online order 6/16 said it would be delivered in 2 hours nothing came I called the next morning at 10am and spoke with the gal working and she said my order was unfulfilled meaning they didnt have products available I purchased. She said I could speak with the manager when she comes in at 11:15. So I waited and left my house to go to the store (I live about 40 minutes away) on my way there, I get a text that my order was delivered! I called home had someone open it and it sure was! With everything I purchased! The reason Im giving 3 stars is because I wasted gas and was clearly given false information about my order! Super annoying but Im glad I got my items!

        SO grateful these ladies are here!! Arielle has rescued me twice now from potentially impossible hair color situations!! One emergency time I had bright neon orange corrected to a pale lavender two days before a wedding, and another time today when I got my hair professionally done in neon green instead of blue, and she helped me correct it to total perfect blue by using Leopard Prismatic Purple!! Love it so much, thank you!!
