I draw from a variety of trauma-informed approaches, and we'll work together to find a rhythm of therapy that fits you. In sessions, I'll support you in developing your relationship with your body, your conscious awareness, and the wisdom that you have already inside you. I strongly believe in your ability to heal and grow. That often means learning to sit with the parts of life (and ourselves) that may feel messy and uncomfortable.
