        The teller that assisted a few days ago me was amazing! When I arrived I was very ill and in a hurry. I hate to admit it but I was grouchy and rude with her but she reacted with total professionalism. She was completely unfazed and carried on helping me with concern and warmth. Of course I apologized and she was very gracious in response. Every person in the branch has been wonderful to us during our almost six year membership.

        I could not ask for a better experience. CCU offers many service options that meet both my business and personal needs. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional. Super grateful to have them in my community!

        Ive been using Columbia Credit Union for over 18 years. Always get friendly quick service when I take the time to drive there. I prefer using their APP and I can get everything I need done from anywhere I am. Highly recommend them.

        I would not use this bank or any Columbia Credit Union. The systems that they have in place WILL make your life much harder. Even their app doesnt have all of the functions that you would see at any other bank. It has taken me almost 3 weeks to get a new card. Its extremely annoying having to deal with the people and workers inside of this institution.

      Sorry to hear we have not met your expectations Molly. We strive to have the best systems, but in your case we missed the mark. We have added a new Card Manager feature to our app that hopefully provides some of the functions you are looking for.
