I had several dental issues and was nervous about getting them done. A bad tooth ache was the reason I finally made an appointment. Dr Watanabe and his assistant Stephanie were so kind and reassuring. They explained everything in detail and they made me feel confident in getting caught up with my dental health. They genuinely care about you as a person, and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and a part of the process. The level of expertise in both dentistry and customer service is top notch. It was truly the best dental experience I have ever had. Im still working towards my dental plan and I feel more confident and just better in general because of the excellent care Ive received at Advantage Dental. Been going to Dr. Watanabe since we arrived in Washington. Won't even consider seeing anyone else.

The experience was great from the moment I walked in the door. The office staff was friendly and eager to get me checked in. The dental assistant and dentist were very friendly, and repeatedly asked if I was at least comfortable when they were working on my teeth. When I did tell them I had neck issues, they quickly rolled up a towel to place behind my neck, and the issue was dealt with. Going to the dentist is not on my fun to do list, but when I needed my broken tooth fixed, I got the best help. And the new crown looks like the teeth around it.

***** Update***** Dr. W is the man! Replaced a filling in under 30 after looking at it same day!! $$$ in the bank!
