I broke a tooth (no pain, just sharp) I called for an appointment and filled a same time cancellation. Upon arrival all was well, another woman was leaving and she too had filled a cancellation. Went back, met the Dr and decided to just do a build up in dental terms. The layed me back, propped my mouth open and got me really numb. Now I’m sat up to wait n they go back to another patient. Now I’m looking around at the tray & the bite block that was 30 sterilization over replacement along with her dampin dish. ( those come disposable these days) They come back in and I ask not to have the bite block again and the BU happens. I leave that day paying my co pay for services rendered.
This tooth now needs a crown. I get no follow up call and never got a call to schedule the crown prep.
Not happy well wait, then they start sending me a bill for $39.40 a few statements in the nasty side notes start.

Dr Griffiths office needs an up date. Starting with the long term staff of family that isn’t doing his name justice.

Dr Griffith is amazing. I have been a patient since 1996. I have had several Procedures done including Filings. Root Canal. Crowns .have never had any issues I moved away for a few years and had to go another dentist and all of his work had fell apart. So I was happy to move back and have Dr. Griffith fix the issue Dr. Griffith takes pride in what he does. He does it right the first time. Office staff is great as well

IF you want "it" (re dental work/reconstruction) done right & proper the first time....Dr. John is the go-to. Concerns/issues will be handled in an effective & timely manner. Note: 29 years as a client.
IF you seek "fluff and puff", then try the chains that lure you in with bait & switch pricing.

I have been seeing Dr. Griffith for almost 30 years and have been very pleased with his service. I have never had any pain with anything he has done. He is also very caring and takes ownership of your problems until they are successfully resolved
