We had several bids for a heat pump system and Advantage was the only one who actually measured the windows in our house to get us the correct size system. They weren't the lowest or highest bid but definitely the best. Everyone we've worked with from there has been professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them! Jeff Hall came out last autumn (2022)- failed to see a huge vent was not attached; failed to see splintered electrical wires were non-functioning. Will not use AHC every again. Service: HVAC system repair

Advantage was so easy to work with! Katherine did the estimates and responded to like 5 different emails from me answering a litany of questions. Josh and Calvin did an excellent job installing our new Daikin Fit heat pump! Josh was extremely professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. The team worked quickly and got us up and running in just a couple of days. Advantage was cheaper than other quotes I received for similar systems and did not push dual fuel or any extras that I did not ask for. The electricians they subcontract (Elevate NW) with were also very friendly and professional. They worked with us to ensure we continued to have cooling with a window unit until the new system was ready. Overall this was such an easy experience and I'm currently sitting in a nice cool room for the first time in weeks!

My family has been using advanced heating and cooling for years, so when my husband and I bought our first house of course we decided to use them as well. He was on time and very informative.
