        Poor service. My policy expired despite they setting up auto-pay with them. They didn't even give me a single call to notify about expiration. They let my insurance expire. When I called back they said sorry its expired and I have to pay more premium. Well then what's the use of an agent if they can't give a single call. They are just their to get their commission.

        Use this person...simple as that. He's the first agent I've dealt with who I didn't feel was trying to get the biggest commission possible without caring for what I wanted. He and his wife were also really easy to work with remotely due to COVID. A perfect example is that I got a crack in my windshield while driving about a week after I signed up. Reached out to Nigel and got a response right away with no fuss, and information on were I can go and such. Got it repaired last weekend with no issues.
