Extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Proceed only if you plan on paying without service. If you complain, get ready - you will childishly be dropped. And by the way, the 5 star review shown here is a family member of Aaron Horowitz. She appears to be sitting on his lap on her Facebook page. Nice try.

Stay away from MR Horowitz he is an arrogant A.H. he treats customers like ****. He has prompted our family to drop farmers insurance after over 30 yrs.

I don't understand why people have this agency such bad reviews. I was having an issue getting my mother's affairs straightened out as she is very sick. I called to ask for help and the young lady, I think her name was Megan, was very sweet and helpful and even have me her email if I though if the other question I had that I couldn't remember at the time, just in case I remembered it after hours I could email her. When my current insurance expires, I will definitely switch to this office.
