Disappointing Experience I recently, and unfortunately, my encounter left much to be desired. Heres why: Uninformed Salesperson: The sales representative assigned to assist me seemed ill-prepared and lacked basic knowledge about the cars on the lot. When I inquired about specific features or technical details, they stumbled and provided inaccurate information. It was frustrating to receive misleading answers. Misleading Claims: The salesperson made bold claims about the performance and reliability of certain models. However, upon further research, I discovered that their statements were far from accurate. Its disheartening when youre considering a significant purchase, and the person guiding you misrepresents the facts. Pushy Tactics: Instead of genuinely understanding my needs and preferences, the salesperson pushed for a quick sale. They seemed more interested in closing the deal than ensuring I made an informed choice. Their lack of professionalism was evident. Neglecting Customer Queries: When I asked about warranty coverage and service options, the salesperson brushed off my questions or provided vague responses. Its essential to have transparent communication, especially when buying a car. Overall Disappointment: My overall experience was disappointing. I left the dealership feeling frustrated and misled. As a potential customer, I expected better service and accurate information.

They took the time to get the facts and time-line in order which made a huge difference for my situation. Shout out to Heather, Alex and Rebecca!
