Im not satisfied at all with my service with Allstate Ins. for the past three years I have been overpaying for insurance cant get a hold of my agent when I call and leave message currently Im looking into other options for full coverage car insurance.

Disappointing Experience I recently, and unfortunately, my encounter left much to be desired. Heres why: Uninformed Salesperson: The sales representative assigned to assist me seemed ill-prepared and lacked basic knowledge about the cars on the lot. When I inquired about specific features or technical details, they stumbled and provided inaccurate information. It was frustrating to receive misleading answers. Misleading Claims: The salesperson made bold claims about the performance and reliability of certain models. However, upon further research, I discovered that their statements were far from accurate. Its disheartening when youre considering a significant purchase, and the person guiding you misrepresents the facts. Pushy Tactics: Instead of genuinely understanding my needs and preferences, the salesperson pushed for a quick sale. They seemed more interested in closing the deal than ensuring I made an informed choice. Their lack of professionalism was evident. Neglecting Customer Queries: When I asked about warranty coverage and service options, the salesperson brushed off my questions or provided vague responses. Its essential to have transparent communication, especially when buying a car. Overall Disappointment: My overall experience was disappointing. I left the dealership feeling frustrated and misled. As a potential customer, I expected better service and accurate information.

Excellent service from the Best professionals. My recent difficult situation was handled by several members of this office. The effort they put in to making my situation right was amazing. They took the time to get the facts and time-line in order which made a huge difference for my situation. Shout out to Heather, Alex and Rebecca!
