STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENT (Chris Neathamer ). I was referred by a friend when I needed to renew my current policies. Appears pleasant and helpful at first but only the first conversation. Took multiple calls to receive a call back. Became RUDE and SHORT, Said he couldn't (wouldn't ) help me because he was too busy. I never received a written quote only a verbal, which leads me to believe they might not be accurate. He also pushed his preferences on me and did NOT ask what I was looking for or through optional carriers. I have multiple vehicles and homes to insure including a business policy. If you are looking for someone that will help, you might want to look elsewhere. I was also caught off guard when I told him I had referred him to 3 of my friends for quotes and was hung up on. Clearly too busy. I have since let them know to look for anyone other than Chris.

I cannot believe I previously left a good review. Shady guy. I specifically told him to cancel a new policy that was outrageously high and he replied done. Only to see it come out of my escrow acct on top of my other new policy. When I asked him he said it was cancelled and Id receive a refund check. When I asked for contact info to check he said he send a picture of confirmation. I did due diligence and called them myself only to find out it was never cancelled and ACTIVE. LIAR!!!!!! Hell do anything for a paycheck. Steer clear of this guys shady practices. Hes been reported to the state

Not responsive for an insurance agent. My spouse and I were looking to get quotes for insurance. He took multiple days and multiple calls to not get us any information. He kept changing the price with no written quote. He obviously does not want new clients. Finally, he said he could not help us.

I am the General Manager for Kirkland Premier Storage and had a customer need a copy of his policy sent over for his account. He call Chris... Chris new who is was calling and I could hear from the conversation he was pleasant and has great Customer service skills. He sent the policy over right away. They really care about their customer's and their needs! Thanks Chris!
