I called Thunder Garage door in the morning because my garage door wouldn't go down all the way. They gave me an appointment between 11am and 1pm. John , the technician, was at my door at exactly 11am. He was friendly, professional and a great communicator. John, located the problem and promptly fixed my door and performed maintenance work on both garage doors. I highly recommend Thunder Garage Doors and especially, John. We had our 50 year old garage doors replaced a few months back. We are so glad we did. Our new doors are whisper quiet. No more worrying about the springs breaking, like what happened in our old doors. The Thunder Garage door team worked quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Very happy customer here. It's nice when the people that quote the job are also the ones doing the work. Very knowledgeable, I'm glad they talked me into the black doors instead of going my original plan of dark brown. it made a big difference! Really glad we went that route. would recommend!
