Cant even begin to express how thankful we were to have Kristie help us find our first home! I had heard plenty of examples of people who have had realtors try to upsell every house they saw just to get an easy sale but not with Kristie. She truly did care for our growing family and what worked best for us and even when we were thinking on compromising a lot on some houses, she fought to help us find the right house for us. We were super blessed to have her help us find our home and would recommend her to anyone!

I cant say enough about Kristie Manny! I would say in all the properties I have EVER bought or sold, I never had a realtor work harder than Kristie. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We were the sellers and in this market, its not easy. Communications were excellent keeping us informed on every step. Her knowledge of the market and processes were also exceptional! Something needed to be done, she was on it! You have a home to be sold or looking to buy, look no further for the best realtor Ive ever worked with.

I reached out to Kristie for advice regarding a property that I was interested in. I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding of the market and how to proceed. Kristie listed my property, she even did some initial staging, and was on the front foot of the necessary steps and procedures that needed to be done. I really enjoyed working with her. Kristie is nothing short of excellent in everything she comes in contact with. My wife and I could tell right away that she was special because she was extremely transparent that she wanted to protect us as first time home buyers from all the potential happenings of buying homes in the current market. She didnt tell us what we wanted to hear, but also what we needed to hear and I couldnt be more appreciative of that.
