We used Jeremy Romig to lead the maintenance of our Family Office portfolio. This led to 44% decrease in turn and repair expenses. Furthermore we were able to use his vendors to put in EV chargers in each unit upon turns (included in repair expenses). Lastly, although we were grateful for our previous management company they kept increasing their fees to us and our tenants (Renewal Prep, ACH, etc). When we learned about the opportunity to partner with Jeremy and Romig Rentals for full management services it was a no brainer. A much simpler experience that was easier to understand and model.
