I could/would not have gone through this process without Terry Eccles-Pettet . From the minute I called her and asked for her help buying a home, I felt like I was in very knowledgeable hands. She patiently gave me step by step directions, explaining every bit of the process. She listened to my needs and hopes for my new house and then proceeded to find me the perfect place. I thought that finding a house in this time of Covid would be impossible, but Terry knew how to work within the crazy parameters. From finding financing to getting a wonderful inspector, Terry was brilliant. Terry did a phenomenal job supporting us as first-time home buyers! Terry is simply amazing, she helped me purchase my first home and made the process easier then I ever imagined possible. Here we are years later, I decided it was time to sell. She was on top of it getting me top dollar. Now we are onto purchasing my second home and I truly wouldnt be able to be in the position I am today without Terry! Kay is a super real estate agent. When we were looking for a home and didn't know where to look, Kay helped us with great skill and care. She was able to get us the home we chose in spite of problems with the listing agent. Her skill in the negotiation process was more than we had expected. We would recommend her to anyone needing an excellent buying or selling experience.
