Josh was recommended by a former realtor we were working with and we were very pleased with that recommendation. Josh was super helpful during the whole process and explained everything to us clearly and effectively. He was always prompt and available for answering questions and addressing concerns we had. Communication was excellent all along the way. Having been in the construction world, Josh was super helpful in recommending highly qualified and affordable contractors that we needed to do some remodeling at our new home. He also had great advice and insights on how to tackle certain projects that we wanted to get done on the house. He even offered to help with things like hauling junk away if we needed it, but we didn't. Josh was more than just a realtor, we consider him a friend now.
