I left a negative review due to the dishonesty of an agent that works at this agency. Berkshire was quick to respond with an email address and a request that I send them my contact info so they could follow up. The email address is restricted. When I called the agency about it, they hung up on me. Berkshire Hathaway wants you to believe they care. They do not.

Grayson Karsten did an amazing job helping us transition to Vancouver from out of state! We needed a lot of help picking not only a house but where in the city we would need to be as we weren’t overly familiar with the neighborhoods. Grayson was very informative as well as patient while we crossed off and added different sections of town until we finally had it narrowed down. Grayson went above and beyond in helping to arrange all the arduous tasks that are associated with home and loan purchases. There were occasions where i was unable to attend or participate in a time sensitive inspection/ appointment to meet the deadlines set by contract. Grayson made himself available and very detailed in follow up communications. Utilizing a Buyers agent is a must when purchasing a new home! The wealth of information that comes from a good agent like Grayson is invaluable! Thank you!

Thanks to David Gasser of Berkshire Hathaway Northwest for leading me through this process! So many hoops to jump through all the way to closing, but he was always available to show us properties, communicate with the seller's broker and answer any questions we had. Had previous bad business from them in another review on them I posted. VANCOUVER Berkshire Hathaway very unprofessional. Tim one of there employees called me, he was rude and unprofessional when I told him my situation had not changed. He then hung up on me when I told him I would not use his business. Very poor quality and unprofessional to hang up on potential future clients. I bothered to listen both times when I had met with one and talked on the phone to the other employee and they have been nothing but rude. I dont know who they hire and not train to be professional, they need to fire both these employees. Again do not go with this company. A better company is Tierney Real estate company
