Dan Hames was selling agent for our home in Camas, WA, in the summer of 2022. He had just sold the house behind us for a nice price. So, we decided to give him a try on our place and were very delighted with the end results. Dan helped us get the place ready and gave good suggestions. We had a lot of things to move and painting to be done. He is not afraid to do some of the work and actually power washed our shed and fence with great results. He provided an awesome stager, Wendy. The house had never looked so good inside and I really wanted to stay there after she was done. The staging efforts really made the place shine and the photos really helped sell the house. We were very happy with the sales price and his negotiations skills. We highly recommend Dan Hames for your real estate needs.

Dan was great to work with. He is easy going and personable. Hes also very knowledgeable. Dan met with us before we put our house on the market. We walked all throughout our home and property and Dan made suggestions about any improvements that could be made which would help us increase the selling value. This was valuable information. Then my husband and I could decide what we were willing to do and what wed take our chances on. We sold our home for over the asking price. Dans expertise and our hard work paid off! Dan touched base with us regularly and answered any questions we had. Hes was a true friend during the whole process. We building our forever home now but if I had to sell my home again Id do myself a favor and hire Dan.
