UPDATE -9-17-2021: jimmie dean consultant for Ridgefield Family Medicine here Justin. WORD IS ALL OF SECURIS SYSTEMS CLIENTS WERE HACKED. COULDNT HAVE HAPPENED TO NICER GUY JUSTIN. A BUNCH OF HIGH SCHOOL KIDS PROBABLY TOOK YOU AND YOUR FABULOUS PROTECTION RACKET TO TASK. SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF THIS COMPANIES HEALTH CARE CLIENTS OR ANYONE PONDERING A CONTRACT WITH THIS GUY. HE USES HIPA FEAR TACTICS TO FLEECE YOU. HE THREATENED MY CLIENT WITH DEFAMATION LAWSUITS AND A HIGH POWERED TEAM OF LAWYERS THE DAY AFTER THIS ORIGINAL REVIEW POSTED. TOLD HER THEY WOULD TRACK DOWN THE IP ADDRESS IT CAME THROUGH. IT CAME FROM HAZELDELL JUSTIN. NOT TOO FAR FROM YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. I was hired as a consultant to clean up costs at ridgefield family medicine. now former client of securis systems. did you have a client by that name justin?. beware. this guy will take you to the cleaners in every conceivable way. he will charge you 3 times retail for any equipment he sells you. he will spend 10 minutes on an IT issue and charge you for an hour. he will tell you your equipment needs to be replaced at considerable expense, when it is still viable. he will bill you for things that dont get fixed. then when you get tired of being stroked by him and terminate the arraignment, he will sabotage your equipment. when ridgefield family medicine gave notice, and contract was officially terminated securus systems continued to receive their regular monthly payments, yet refused to hand over passwords to the new IT person. he had to hack the server. securus also continued to bill their monthly rate up to 3 months after contract terminated. the owner of the clinic received notice from the bank that securus had tried to illegally remove the entire balance from the business account, instead of the monthly amount they were authorized to submit. what you did to the server was extremely unethical and retaliatory. are you running a business or a protection racket? what? I'm not an uneducated pathetic individual looking for validation any longer Justin? why did you change your original response to my review? I was working in the fortune 500 world when you were in diapers man. guess you rethought the original response, and decided it to be very unprofessional. UPDATE: just found out Securus Systems charged for updates that were never performed. 3 months worth. the best customer service available. really? this company does as little as possible, and charges for the best customer service available.
