        I had a home audio visual system update in 2021 by another company. They recently went out of business without any notification to customers. During the initial process of getting estimates, I had called Electronic Essentials for an in home consultation and bid. I was told there would be a charge for the consultation but it would be credited back if they were selected to do the job. I did not have them come out for the consultation because of the charge. I now regret not having done that. It would have been entirely worth it. Since my installer is no longer in business I contacted Electronic Essentials because of issues with my Control 4 system. They have addressed my concerns promptly and their staff is friendly, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Electronic Essentials for your project. Do not let the initial consultation charge turn you away as I did. I am now a happy and satisfied client of Electronic Essentials.
