        Cannot maintain their schedule. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past our appointment time with no estimate when our preparer would be available for our appointment. We walked out. Went back for our rescheduled appointment and the preparer again was running 30 minutes behind on our appointment. We ended up switching to a different preparer. If you want your appointment to run on time avoid scheduling with Aaron.

        Glenda Christensen is an all star and the only reason I travel out of my way to do my taxes at this location. Ive always gotten fantastic service and really feel like she cares about the customers. I will continue to come back to this location as long as she is there. Thanks again Glenda!
