        Me and my wife went to have out taxes prepared by Angie Waller and she is the reason for my 1 star review, very unprofessional and unpersonal behavior, my wife tried several times to make small talk and "break the ice" but with no luck she also gave us the wrong amount of taxes do back to us. Over all not satisfied!

        Worst experience I could ever imagine. Beware the guarantee they sell. Sure, it sounds great that if they make a mistake, theyll clean it up for you. The issue with that is they will never admit to their own mistakes. Letter after letter from the IRS has come to my mailbox due to the sloppiness of Jackson Hewitt, but they will not do anything besides berate us on the phone. Be warned, this company is a scam.
