I had another kidney stone. Ashley at Urgent care took me right away and got me squeezed in to a Urologist. She even got me a warm blanket to get rid of the chills

Front staff was nice but waiting an hour for an apt you scheduled is ridiculous. Had to leave at an hr as I had to get to work and hadnt been called. People without an appointment getting called in first. Should have listened to reviews.

I was advised to go in to urgent after discussing my symptoms with a nurse advice line. I haven't yet been to Vancouver Clinic's urgent care and didn't know what to expect. Immediately, I was at ease. From the front desk folks, to the lovely triage nurse, to the incredible provider Dr. Radar, I was blown away. Dr. Radar's bedside manner was the best I have ever seen. He was kind, warm, empathetic and very knowledgeable. He treated my symptoms and I actually walked out feeling better. I kind of wish he was my PCP now. Anyway, I would highly recommend Dr. Radar if given any choice of urgent care provider. I hope I don't need his services again but I know that if I do, I am in the best of hands. Thank you, Dr Radar.

My Son had a scooter accident and busted open his chin. I was impressed with this urgent care from the start. Front desk was great. Super helpful. It was quick compared to the E.R. He was called back quickly, stiched up with 6 stiches and got a good to go. I appreciate that they are open late until 11.

I work late so I don't always have an opportunity to get to urgent care before it closes. I was thrilled to see we had an urgent care open until 11pm as I was in desperate need of some antibiotics and steroids for a URI. I know some clinics have a cut off time for check in and seeing how I had to drive up I-205 after work, I wanted to ensure I wasn't making the trip for no reason. I attempted to call the office numerous times while still on shift, as I wanted to confirm I'd be able to be seen, so long as I got there before 10:05pm. No answer each time. So I kept eyes on their wait list on their website. It was sitting at 3 patients in queue and 2 clinicians, at 9:45pm. So I clocked off and booked it up the highway and made it there within 10 minute, only to find they had placed an a frame in their foyer, stating that due to high volume of patients, they would no longer be seeing any additional cases. I was disappointed but I know a lot can change quickly in urgent care, especially being so close to the ER on a weekend. Thankfully I had a back up plan and pre-emptively scheduled a 5pm urgent care visit, the following day. At noon today I receive a call from the clinic, essentially saying because I have two forms of health insurance, coordinated care, and united health (Coordinated Care had not been canceled yet) They would not be able to see me due to potential billing complications? I asked why they couldn't just bill United Health? And the nurse mentioned something along the lines, that if United Health denied the claim, it would complicate billing. The nurse was almost trembling on the phone and I could tell she was not looking forward to disclosing this information to me, probably because it doesn't make any sense. Now I have to wait 72 hrs before I have another opportunity to be seen through urgent care as I work twelve hour shifts. Hopefully this doesn't turn into pneumonia, otherwise I guess I'll end up at the ER anyway Our Healthcare system sucks but Vancouver Clinic doesn't make it any easier to navigate. Overall it was a huge waste of time.
