Its hard to judge cause the 3 or 4 times Ive been there a staff member comes out and takes my dog and they do whatever they do then bring me my dog back. I dont like it. Id like to see what they do, heck at least meet the dr. Whose working on him. I just seems cold and more about money then the care of my friend

5 year customer of this clinic. Just a heads up that this vet will require your (not the animal's) date of birth and driver's license number if you want any medications including vaccinations. I declined to provide that information, called a couple other vets and neither required that information. Easy decision to switch vets.

Very sad to write this review! After looking at a copy of my records and finding that they turn your words around. The schedulers are very rude and aggressive. I cant recommend this facility to anyone. Beautiful building but not worth the service you get.

In the past they have been great, but most appointments require a 3 month wait time. I made an appointment 3 months ago and recently called about working out a scheduling conflict. The only option was to wait another 3 months for a new appointment. I told them I would work things out with my husband to make this appointment. We arrived to find out they cancelled the appointment for no reason and now have to wait another 3 months for a new spot.

We took our dog here for routine care. He ended passing away because they didnt catch an underlying condition, even when we told the office the signs and symptoms. It was deemed not an emergency or life threatening. So many vets focus on simply the outward appearance, the physicality of an animal. They dont take the time to examine the entire picture and root cause of things. Edit: Its been 4 months and there has not been an attempt to contact us. Either about a wait listed appointment or condolences. I do not recommend this vet office. Edit #2 I saw the reply, however, not interested in speaking with this facility. I hope they get it together and not allow for this to happen to other beloved pets.
