BECU credit union

I will never use a company or Credit Union that puts ILEGAL Immigrants on their commercials and calls them Undocumented. I will also do my best to get any and all in my world to do the same! BCCU should be ASHAMED!

I love the convenience of a BECU because they work well with my bank, NavyFCU. The banks and ATMs are everywhere so they serve me well!

Previously I was with BECU and had no problems, but got married and the hubsters said he should just put me on his bank account elsewhere. I hate the bank he...well now we use so I talked him into us both going back to BECU. I easily signed us up online with no information about getting a debit card. This is the local branch so we went in, registered at the kiosk and waited with our almost 2 year old keeping her entertained. All 3 employees were helping others so we waited and after about 5 minutes someone left. The lady kept typing, I assumed finishing her previous transaction. Then after about 5 more minutes someone else left leaving two open employees. No one acknowledged us at all. Then when some other people walked in the employee stood up and quickly greeted them asking how he can help. My husband and I looked at each other like ... Um we have been waiting?! The lady that didn't acknowledge us looked over at us with a glare, she made eye contact with me and then kept typing on her computer at her middle desk. We went to leave and the employee who skipped us apologized to the people who just walked in and asked them if they could wait because he had skipped us. We just kept walking and will be banking elsewhere.

Had to wait 30 minutes to learn there wasnt a teller service then was lied to about depositing roles of coins. I was forced to pay a fee at the division location after the banker at the Spokane valley location said he could just take my coins and send them over to be deposited but never mentioned a fee. I only learned about the fee after I took the coins to the division location and was met with that as a surprise. It was also a lie at the Spokane valley location that they could take my coins and send them to the division location to be deposited. Edit: Wanted to change this review since BECU did the right thing and fixed the issue. I would just say for now on be upfront with your customers is all I ask. Instead of having to hear different stories from each branch.
