        A grocery store (Super 1) and McDonalds are both within walking distance. The playground equipment needs an update, graffiti markings throughout all of it. There's a decent sized public fishing pond nearby. Public parking lot/street parking. There are public restrooms, but they are very unclean.. Playground: Keep an eye out for sharps. Restrooms: Bathrooms don't lock, very unclean. Picnic area: Limited tables.
