I only ever go here if my main nail lady is gone and I regret it every single time. Im rushed in and rushed out with no attention to detail. I went there yesterday and they didnt even give me a second to pick out a color and then were annoyed when they asked what color I wanted and I said I didnt know because you didnt let me look. And then I ask for a simple small heartsomething my 7 year old could have done and it looks awful. I would have addressed it but the lady looked at it and said it looked good and I just wanted out of there. They charged me $6 for a design which was no design. Hate this place.

all of the staff is so amazing and friendly, although I give a HUGE shoutout to Daisy! She always makes the environment feel warm and comfy and makes sure your needs are met with a drink of choice!

I am very happy with my nails! I can't quit staring at them. They were so kind and got me right in as a walk in. Lilly did such a perfect job, I'll be back thanks! Update: Went back and got these gorgeous flowers done by Lilly again!

The atmosphere and the care that they provide is at the utmost excellence. I am not sure why they have a lower rating than I thought. They should have 5 stars or more! I have been going here for years on years. The staff is always so friendly and the owners are great people. Best beauty spa and nail care in Wenatchee by far!
