Thank goodness for the other reviews! They confirmed my experience while just trying to become a new patient. So sorry Cindy or maybe your name was Sunday, but you lost your company money!!! Shouldnt take 4 hours to call a new potential customer back. Gave me an opportunity to look around at your competition. I have the best dental insurance in the world. My insurance pays 100% for any service except cosmetic up to $5000/year. Any service. 100%. Better yet, I can go to any dentist in the state of Washington. Zero copay. 100% to the dentist of my choice. No in-network requirements. No contract prices for the dentists. It actually shocks most dentists . Well, I tried to schedule a visit but got the third degree. Was told they had to confirm my insurance and would call me back. Of course theres no issue with that, Id expect them to confirm. But they didnt bother calling me back. So I guess they dont want full price for their services and a new customer that has $5000.00/year to spend. I called back and they said they needed my date of birth to verifying my insurance. I gave that to them and again, no call back. While waiting and waiting for a callback I had time to shop around and read some reviews. So I read the reviews. Ignoring the fake reviews, I came to the conclusion, this isnt a business I care to share my awesome insurance money with. Again, thanks to all of you who share your experience. There will always be good reviews but there should never be several bad ones. It tells that there is a problem. Take the time to read and find a dentist with the lowest percentages of bad reviews and youll likely benefit. And remember, every business plants good reviews.
