Was referred to Full circle a year ago when I needed financing for my flat bed. These guys were amazing to work with and had me approved same day. The experience was so good that when I needed a new truck these guys were my first and only call. I was on a plane the next day to pick up my new Peterbilt 379. Dont hesitate to call, and when you do ask for Craig. Special shout-out to Tim and Pam also. I appreciate you all so much.

If it were possible to leave a 0 rating, I certainly would. Actually a negative would be more appropriate. From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating. I purchased a commercial vehicle in Florida, although I reside in Pennsylvania. Fortunately, my sister lives in Florida close to the origin of sale. Although I had to pay travel expenses, I was able to stay with my sister and not pay for a hotel, rental car and meals while waiting for Full Circle to complete the title transfer. I was given a date of July 28 for this to occur. I was promised by Diana Hodson Wlodarcyk at Full Circle the check had been overnighted, and they had received all the paperwork two days prior to then. I was told I would be called with a time once the check had been received. When I had not heard anything by noon, I texted her and asked if she had a time scheduled. She responded, saying she was going to check with the funding department and get back to me. Several hours later, I had not yet heard from her. The bank where we were to hold our meeting closes at 5, and I called her again, reminding her of that fact. She at that time returned my call and said she would send me the name and number of the contact person so we could reschedule for the following day. Several hours later, I received an email saying she was unable to locate the contact name and number, but she did confirm the check had been delivered that day. The sale did not go through, wasting my time and money. To say the communication was lacking is an understatement. I would recommend anyone considering using Full Circle as a lending source to seriously look elsewhere.

Dont use this company. They arent transparent an out their egregious fees to do simple brokerage work. The negative reviews are accurate. Youll waste a lot of time chasing them around to get what needs to be done. Any business owner is far better off waiting to get funding through a bank than this bait and switch operation that holds you to all the interest owed. Yup, you cant pay off early and save on interest but theyll word it to make you think otherwise. They also tried to spin a narrative that you wouldnt typically get funding, which is not only a lie but insulting. Im 5 months into this deal and Ive received funding for four times what my debt is with this company. So if you read this review and they try to spin that story dont listen. Or simply dont use them and save yourself a huge headache.
