I highly recommend Apple Valley Floors for selection, quality, price, install time and quality of install, as well as a business that backs their product and install. Carlie was a tremendous help! She helped me select a beautiful, high quality carpet for a room that needed to match my LVP and make everything feel even nicer, while tying into the feel of my entire home. I ended up going with a Dreamweaver carpet with a 25 year warranty. Carly scheduled a measurement within a week. Then after I paid the 50% down payment, she order my carpet and 2 weeks later (and around the 4th of July holiday!) my carpet was professional installed by a very experienced installer. Carlie followed up with me that week to ask how the install turned out and let me know to reach out within a couple months if there is anything I notice that may need a touch up on the install. Awesome customer service! I have already referred them to friends. And I will definitely be doing business with them again. Btw, I had been searching for the right carpet for about 6 months, Lowe's Home Depot, local chain carpet stores, and some local designer carpet stores, and within 1 hour at Apple Valley Floors, I alas found the perfect carpet, and even had a hard time narrowing it down because there were so many that all would have worked great! I appreciate all your help with ensuring a successful install, and for helping me pick out such a beautiful carpet that makes the rooms look better than before, while adding to my entire home. They did all my flooring in our new home. Great products, great prices and outstanding customer service. I would not go anywhere else for flooring and would recommend 100%. They were very helpful in my selections, and installation was exceptional and right when they said they would be there. Can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did!!! I love to use family run and local business's and this is one of the best! If you are looking to do any type of flooring in your home or business this is the place to go.
