        Literally less than one day late paying due to due date scheduling errors, and they canceled the policy. Do not use these people, they pull stupid stuff like this all the time. Payment was due 9/6 and I go in today 9/7 to pay and it says it's canceled. Honestly outrageous, I'll go somewhere else and pay more just to not deal with these people.

      Hi Kyle, I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience. I tried to look into what happened, however, do not see you in our client database.Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the company in which you are insured. As your agent, we try to help our clients with their needs in purchasing a policy, making changes, answering questions, etc. All insurance companies are required by Washington State Law to give notice prior to cancelling a policy in the middle of a policy term, or at renewal.Please call our office if we can answer any questions for you.
