We put money down on a 2012 Subaru Impreza hatch back with promise of it being held til we got to come pick it up and confirmed the date was safe. Instead they told us the car was sold as we were on our way to fill out the rest of our paperwork to pick it up and tried to spin it as we werent coming to pick it up and told us the car was sold a couple days prior without calling us those days before. Poor business. Poor management. And poor integrity. Will never recommend to a friend or do any sort of business with them again. Horrible people to deal with.

Eddie is an absolute pleasure to work with. Great business practices and selection of vehicles. Buying from a dealership can be stressful, but this was definitely a positive experience.

I purchased an SUV here in mid-October. Eddy, the General Sales Manager, was quick to help us out. He answered all of our questions in a kind and professional matter. We really appreciated that he was bilingual. Our process was smooth and fast. He was honest that the SUV needed the timing chain replaced, and their in-house mechanic would get that fixed for us at no cost. We will definitely be going back to Discount Motors, and we HIGHLY recommend Eddy.

Very disappointed. Called to ask a question on a vehicle and to Eddie's credit he stated he did not know, but would find out. The good ended there, I indicated on the phone I was more than an hour away, and was ready to pay cash. I found out the answer to my question so I headed that way, less than 3 hours after the phone call I pull in, ask about the Jeep and with a sort of smirk Eddie tells me he just sold it.He did have a pick up if I wanted. Now I realize no deal is done until the paperwork is, but how about a phone call, usually once they have your number they won't stop calling. How about telling me there was another party interested and might be back. That was a long drive over icy roads and mountain passes to come back empty handed. Then to offer me something more expensive and not what I was looking for, reminds me of used car salesmen years ago. I will not be back, ever.
