Rain City Paving was absolutely amazing. Quick turn around on a quote, customer service, and paving! We had damage done by one of our roll off bins on a customers property and Rain City came out the very next day to get it all fixed up! Property owner was super happy with the job they did. Will definitely be using again when we need them! Cant recommend them enough!

Great company and great owner here that goes out to the way to make great communication on jobs. He used a app that let my wife and i watch the progress from our phones as we were out of town. They did an excellent job for us. We highly recommend.

We paid in excess of $17K to Rain City to replace large parts of our Condo parking lot. In less than a year, big sections of the sealcoat disappeared, the striping came off, moss appeared on the exposed asphalt, and cracks appeared in the asphalt (see pictures). After several unanswered calls and a registered letter to Brad Slyngstad, the President, he came out and inspected the job with our board. He took little responsibility. He admitted that the asphalt had not been treated properly prior to applying the sealcoat. So why didnt Rain City City do that ? Brad made some minor promises, but he didnt even do any of them. Weve not heard from him since. If you want someone to do a poor job, walk away from responsibility and not live up to their warrantees, this is your place.
