I ordered shower glass panels through this company. They have the worst customer service Ive seen in years their installation and delivery times are during business hours only, so theres no flexibility to make arrangements before or after hours which are very limited and they will not guarantee an appointment time so you will need to sit around and wait for them for four hours to show up.
There was a mistake made in my order. I ended up going and picking up my shower panels and there was a mistake made by the company about the latches used to install them. The color was wrong. I have asked them to come and replace the latches because it was their mistake. I saw on the order where it said there was one that was chrome and one that was gold, and they sent me two gold latches. And they basically have refused to do that so I feel like I would give them a half of a star because I did get good service when I went in to order and look at the shower panels that they had but that was the end of the service. We used Courtesy Glass for shower glass installation for 3 different showers and a large mirror installation. Each time they helped us, (4 separate times!) we had extremely polite and friendly, knowledgeable, professional people. Adam and Jimmy helped us twice. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone. Not an easy job that they have! After installation, they ask for feedback. They are careful with their environment and with the product. Thank You!
