Kyla at The Nanny Consultant provided comprehensive information on the background and qualifications of each nanny, and I was able to interview and connect with the nannies she recommended. Kyla is extremely responsive and intuitive, and she really gets to know the nannies and families that she works with, which ensures a great fit. It was a very smooth and efficient process to connect with awesome nannies for ad-hoc care. Our children have had so much fun engaging with two new nanny friends! This is the perfect service for ad-hoc and back-up childcare needs - I couldn't be more impressed!

Incredibly professional and wonderful agency! Kyla is so friendly and knowledgeable. I applied as a nanny and was matched with the most lovely family. Kyla helped with the entire process including providing a stellar contract that covers things I would never have thought of. She was also available for consultation when we were considering a potential nanny share situation. I've worked with Kyla at The Nanny Consultant as a nanny and highly recommend! Most recently, she helped place me with a great family for back-up/temp care. She thoroughly vetted both of us & took time to know us well enough to know we'd be an excellent fit. The process was painless and she did a wonderful job of explaining expectations/providing a detailed contract. I've done back-up care through a couple different agencies and this is above & beyond so much better!
