I went the day before vacation for a lift and tint on my eyelashes. I have had it done before at a different InSpa location and was really happy with the results. But after a recent visit to the Woodinville location I am not happy. My eyelashes look totally insane. They are straight up looking at the sky- lifted to the point that I look like a wack job. Furthermore, the tint was more on my eyelid than my eyelashes. The girl that did it was super nice- I liked her a lot. But she left the lifting stuff on me for way too long. Now my lashes are just falling out rapidly and I am getting worried- the tips look like they were caught on fire. I emailed inspa the day it happened. No reply. I called the following morning and was told I would receive a call back the next day from the manager. No call. For a $140 service plus tip I would at the very least hope for an apology- Its not a good look, very noticeable, and I contemplated canceling my vacation. . Last thing- I was never instructed on any aftercare. But when I saw how crazy I looked when I got home I googled how to tone down the lift. I got my lashes wet within 4 hours of the service and it did nothing to relax them. I put castor oil on them- no change. Now Im going to have no lashes if they keep falling out. I am not impressed and find the lack of reply from InSpa really discouraging.

I got a gift certificate for Christmas worth 2 massages. The first one I showed up with a couple minutes to spare but the therapist took an additional 10 minutes to come back to the room. I assumed I was being punished for being late and didnt say anything. The second time I was early and she was prompt but was texting on either her phone or Apple Watch the entire time. She rubbed my neck for a long time which ended up giving me a headache after the massage. When she was done I looked at the clock and she had ended 10 minutes early. I am 7 months pregnant and walked away with a sore neck which should have been the opposite. Really hoping the therapist I saw was even certified in prenatal massage.. I wont be returning for obvious reasons but I suggest they hire new staff or lower their prices to reflect the type of service they provide.
