SUSTINERI Dental I have to say is the best dental experience I have ever experienced in my life, Dr. Malouf Is awesome! His discernment and his expertise are beyond any Dentist I've ever met. he knows how to help you to heal your dental issues. He's very gentle, kind, considerate, and he's funny too, he has complete concern for your individual mouth and overall health. He has very deep knowledge. The Ladies that work in the office are so considerate and loving, walking into this place is like a big hug, you feel safe, secure and the fear just goes away. In the past I've experienced dentists who are rushing you through like cattle, they don't care about hurting you. And they don't even get to know you, I would always leave after having Paradontal deep cleaning feeling rotten, and then I would get sick for months, and have to get naturopathic care to boost my immune system back up & to rejuvenate the damage that was done to me. that's not the case here at all, Dr. Malouf and his staff, are in no hurry and they take as much time as needed to help you understand The technology, The ozone water cleaning is pure cleansing and keeps your immune system safe. I went in for 2 deep Paradontal cleanings and afterwards I was able to do my normal routine and I feel great! I believe Dr. Malouf is going to help me save my teeth! I also want to mention they're upfront about their pricing. and they will bill your insurance company for you. And work out all the red tape. I feel so blessed to have finally found my forever dentist.

My first appointment was satisfactory with no complaints. However, during my second appointment, I had to cancel last minute due to my significant other, who is in law enforcement, being called out on an emergency. I called the office approximately 30 minutes before my appointment, explained the situation to the billing department, and was assured that they would waive the fee just this once.
To my surprise, a few months later, I received a bill for the missed appointment, along with additional late fees. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that the person who had initially waived the fee no longer worked there, and they did not have the authority to grant such waivers. I questioned why a genuine emergency, which required my family's immediate attention, did not warrant the same consideration. Although they acknowledged that an emergency might be different, they insisted I take up the matter with their billing department, which operated only one or two days a week.
Dealing with the situation proved more cumbersome than anticipated, prompting me to simply pay the bill. Despite having enjoyed my experiences at the office, the lack of forgiveness and communication on their part has deterred me from returning.
