Jasmine listened so thoughtfully and with her suggestions, I have exactly the cut I went in looking for. This hair studio is always very clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and talented!

Staff are very nice but my hair didnt turn out at all as I had hoped. I went in looking for a standard haircut and a cool toned, natural blonde (I showed a picture from their Instagram of what I was looking for). The cut was nice but I left with orange hair, the colour was way off. While I went back for them to tone it for free, the toner couldnt fix it entirely and turned the parts of the blonde that did turn out nice grey. So my hair wont blind anyone on the street now but it is unevenly toned and looks like a home job gone wrong. The second stylist seemed to try her best to fix it with toner and I appreciated that. All in all, I paid $400 for something I am confident I could have done better myself with a few pack dyes at home or at the very least, I would have had the same result for a fraction of the price. Hopefully this is an isolated experience but I wont risk going back.

Had a wonderful experience here. Got a haircut done and the stylist was ready to listen and also gave her suggestions as well.
