Theres a reason I keep coming back to this branch, even when I live 25 mins away. Theres a culture here among the staff thats extremely positive and healthy, and theyve expressed a desire to put their members first. I spent a while with Brandon getting an account set up for my cousin yesterday, and not only was he clear and helpful, but he was kind and talkative as we waded through all the paperwork.
Ive been banking with BECU for nearly 20 years. Its been consistently reliable and helpful. But this branch makes combines the good banking with relatable and kind staff. I need both!

After shuffling around all day yesterday we ended our journey at BECU and Eric L. was a life saver.
Eric asked all the right questions, listened to the problems we were having and figured out a solution and we got everything we needed done. He even went the extra step and made sure things were still in the condition we left them. He was great and we owe him big time. Thank you BECU and more importantly Thank you Eric L of the Woodinville Branch.

I have always been pleased with the service at this location, but dont expect them to notarize any paper validating your mental ability!! They wont do it!

It's a credit union, you really can't go wrong with those. Employees were really nice, I needed to get a card replaced and also sign up for online banking, the teller was very helpful and also had a little animal crossing perpetual block calendar, which was pretty cool.
