I went to this facility with my mom back in 2016 after the death of a parent. We had severe depression and anxiety. Dr.S would prescribe is opiods such as xanax in quantities of 90 at a time and tell is to just pop one under our toung when we got anxious. He also wouldnt hesitate to prescribe any tester antidepressants for us. (They were in bubble packs we would get for free, he'd just grab them out of his storage locker and hand them to us) Once we were at a high dosage we would eventually get prescribed them before switching to other medications when they didnt work. One day we scheduled an appontment because my mom had a suicide attempt. Dr. S wouldnt even let us finish describing what happened before he cut us off, refilled our prescriptions and sent us away. I was under 18 and was unable to get my mom to ever go back. Thanks to his prescriptions my mom now has addiction issues that have left her homeless on the street. Shes too far gone now to save.. Even I developed an addiction problem to the xanax he prescribed but thankfully was able to overcome it. Had Dr. S even cared about us in the slightest I believe he couldve stopped all of this before it became a problem. I was 16 mourning the loss of a parent. My biggest regret in life is trusting him and trying the long list of medications he prescribed. I didnt need any of them... i just needed to mourn. No 16 year old shouldve ever been prescribed 90 xanax at a time. At 16 I called the front desk for help with the issue and was turned away. Ill never forget. He had a picture in his office drawn by a little girl who would call him Dr.String.
