Jenn was an excellent ally in the sale of our home. Jenn and her team were amazing throughout what would normally be a very stressful process. I cannot say enough about our realtor Jenn Mueller. After finding the house of our dreams, she made what felt like the impossible a reality. When we first viewed the house, I thought to myself, there is know way that this is going to be our house. There were only so many viewing appointments do to the pandemic and offers were set to be reviewed that weekend. I truly felt like it wasn't possible. When we viewed it, it had everything we wanted in a house and more. I remember standing in the backyard and watching my husband and older daughter explore it, I thought to myself, "there's just know way." I even felt like it was pointless to keep looking at it (I never told Jenn that.) Well, Jenn put our offer in... one of ten offers received. We were also using a VA loan which I know can be a turn-off to sellers but with Jenn's experience and guidance she made us a strong offer. We waited till the review day came and found out to my surprise that we were actually in the running! I couldn't believe it! It was because of Jenn's experience and knowledge that our offer stood out. There was so much detail and fast thinking and actions that Jenn took that ultimately won us our dream house. I say win because we feel like we won. We could not be more happy with our house, we love it. Our family is so happy and thank to Jenn for acting fast and knowing all the tricks of the trade we got it!
