Having Rich navigate us through our home buying process was great! The market is very hot here in WA and Rich went above and beyond to stay current on places that met our criteria. We had specific things we were looking for in our next home, so he was sure to make note and promptly send us any listings that matched. For awhile there, we were scouting homes with him almost every weekend. For the home we actually ended up purchasing, we were lucky enough to get in to see it before it had it's Open House. With Rich's guidance and expertise, he pulled out all the stops and managed to get us an offer written/submitted same day of seeing the place and by some miracle was able to get the Sellers to accept our offer prior to having the Open House!
