Wendy is by far the best realtor in WA you can find. I worked with her on multiple occasions and she is my go-to person for anything related to real estate. I also interviewed and work with many others before, and no one comes even close! Not only he is amazing for buying/selling, but also consulting, suggestions, and pre- and post-purchase support. And most importantly - she makes things happen - from finding something very specific to negotiating and going above and beyond for her customers. Wendy is also so positive and amazing to work with, full of energy and dedication to her customers, most of them becoming even friends after working with her. I wish every person out there was like her. For whoever is looking for a realtor - I cannot stress enough how lucky you are if you are in WA and have the privilege to work with her.

Wendy is the kind of realtor that you immediately want to recommend to your friends and family. She is thorough, thoughtful, and exceptionally knowledgeable on an amazing array of neighborhoods (perfect for out-of-towners like us). Wendy drove us from Renton to Mill Creek and everywhere in between over the course of three days, looking at countless houses until we found just the right one. She then worked her magic to get us our dream house (and our first house!) at our ideal price. She has a keen eye for design and detail, full of ideas to see past the existing constraints. Wendy also seems to know everyone in the home improvement business and is full of recommendations. If we ever move again, Wendy will be our very first call.

Wendy is outstanding. She is a rare gem in the realtor world. She took the time to really know my wants/needs. Her interior design and architecture degree allows her to walk into a home and immediately point out red flags or amazing possibilities, not every realtor can do that. There is a reason she is top sales for 10 years and promoted to Director of Luxury Sales after 20 years of hard work as a realtor. She is that bulldog thats gonna get you the best deal and still be personable and compassionate. Hands down the best.
